UAD with "Style"

In this session, we will answer the question, "What does the Design (Style) data field really mean on the UAD report forms?" We will also broaden your knowledge about various residential architectural styles and the characteristics that define them. We’ll then relate those characteristics to today’s market styles for identification purposes.

The goal of this webinar is to increase your awareness of architectural detail to aid in identifying an appropriate residential style for subject and comparable properties.
