ACI's appraisal software includes Research, an intuitive comps database that allows you to quickly search and select comparable sales (including photos) and import them directly into the appraisal report. Research lets you select a "neighborhood," and key in search filters such as price range, design, exterior finish, etc... Then work with a manageable number of sales from which the "best" comps are chosen and posted directly to the grid.

  • View the full comp, including thumbnail images.
  • Store up to three photos of the property.
  • Import comps and photos directly from report.
  • Sort and select comps.
  • Print properties in a variety of formats.
  • Search for comps using any of 25 fields.
  • Export comps and associated photos from report.

In addition to ACI's Research, ACI has worked closely with a number of real estate information providers to create a quick and easy means to import real estate data into ACI's appraisal software. As a result of these collaborative efforts, appraisers are now able to research, select and import data eliminating the need to re-key information.
