Lighthouse is the standard real estate appraisal format accepted by the industry.

Lighthouse includes up-to-date client-specific forms, the 1004MC Market Conditions Addendum, PAR Logic^® review rules, and eServices, an appraisal report delivery protocol that‘s fast, consistent, and accurate.

eServices provides a direct connection to industry partners – lenders, national appraisal companies, and industry hubs.

Lighthouse translates appraisal reports created with other appraisal software programs into the Lighthouse (PDS) report format. Once translated, you can run client-specific rules on the report, secure the file with a password protected, electronic signature, and deliver the appraisal using the client’s preferred delivery method.

The standard appraisal file is a comprehensive package including the signed report, addendum, sketch, limiting conditions, photos, and maps.
