The first step I'd take as a tech would be to see if it happens only on screen, or on PDF/Printout too. That will determine whether it's just a display problem, or whether the actual signature or report need troubleshooting.
We'd be curious to hear what you do when this happens too- Do you have a process that fixes it? Or do you start a new report?
