ACI's URAR Desk Review is a short, informative, Desk Review form for Single Family reports. It allows the reviewer to check off and comment on important features in the original report such as Neighborhood, Improvements, and the Sales Comparison grid. The reviewer also has the option of recording whether they did or did not inspect the property.

Start using the URAR Desk Review form today by running an ACI WebUpdate. The form will then be added to your report pak library. Access the form by going to File > New or File > Add/Remove Forms and select the URAR Desk Review. Once selected it will then appear in your component list on the left hand side of your screen. To run WebUpdate go to Help > ACI WebUpdate and click "Go."
