You may have received an notice from LandSafe or another AMC about including the word "Sketch" at the top of your floorplan page. We wanted to let you know that as long as you use the regular sketch page in ACI, you're good to go. Even though it says "Floorplan" at the top of the ACI page, when its packaged up for AppraisalPort delivery, the header will automatically display "Sketch Addendum."

We spoke with a number of appraisers and they liked the idea of including the word sketch in the header anyway. So we updated the form page header to display "Floorplan Sketch." If you want to get this update, follow the instructions below.

In ACI Report, go to Help > ACI WebUpdate > click Go, then follow the instructions. If you need further assistance, please contact ACI Technical Solutions at 800-234-8727 and press option 3.
