Now that September 1st and UAD have officially arrived, the types of calls we receive have shifted from “How to install UAD” to “How to apply UAD” to your appraisal reports. Many of these questions require an appraisal specialist, one that understands UAD, USPAP, and has decades of experience.

You asked and ACI answered by providing the UAD Q&A Webinar, hosted by Richard Heyn, SRA, and Dawn Molitor-Gennrich, SRA, two AQB certified instructors. ACI provided the first of these webinars last week and quickly filled the several hundred seat virtual classroom.

The UAD Q&A Webinar is designed to help resolve UAD appraisal-related challenges as you complete your assignments. Rich and Dawn will be fielding questions from the audience as well as providing advice on applying UAD. Attendees submit questions via chat, each question is then repeated, and the answer is broadcasted for the benefit of all attendees.

Over a dozen UAD Q&A Webinars have been scheduled for the second half of September and the month of October, so please check the ACI training calendar as well as email notifications for seminar dates and times. And of course, as always, this seminar is offered Free to ACI clients.
