The major difference between the three New gPAR™
Restricted Use forms - gPAR™ Flex (2007) RU SFR Grid
contains a full Single-Family grid, gPAR™ Flex (2007) RU
Sm Grid contains a small grid and gPAR™ Flex (2007) RU
SFR does not contain a grid at all.

The Appraiser Assisted Residential Cost Analysis (AARCA)
is now available for viewing in the Bluebook eService. To view replacement cost details, click on View Results on the last screen before clicking Import. To view the AARCA pdf,
click on View PDF before clicking Import.

The new GLB Privacy Notice is available as an add-in
form in both legal and letter size versions. GLB stands for
“Gramm-Leach-Bliley”. ACI has added default text that can
be inserted into the fields on the form via a picklist.

The Dimension List now gives you the ability to include
or not include the Basement and Garage square footage
in the Gross Building Area.

The Advantage Restricted 2006 Pak has been renamed
to Desktop-Central Advantage 2006.

More forms are now available with PocketZOO.

The “convert to .zoo” option will now trigger when the report reaches 10MB in size. To disable the convert to .zoo option that is prompted with large .aci files, go to Options > Environment > Advanced. Uncheck the box for Convert large .ACI files to
.ZOO format.

The addendum header has been updated to reflect the correct information when printed with gPAR™ and ERC reports.

Comps 7-9 have been added to the ERC 2003 form.

The comp copy feature for comps 7-9 has been added
to the 1025-Small Residential Income 2005 form.

An option has been added to the 1004D-Appraisal Update 2005 form to mark “Summary Appraisal Update” or “Certification of Completion” section as “Not Applicable” if not selected. This option can be found with a 1004D report open, click on
Options > Report > 1004D_05 > Options.

Unless you have the Print empty pages box selected, pages
5 through 15 on the AI Summary Appraisal Report will no longer print if blank.

The ‘Keep the Original Size’ option has been added
back into the Insert Photo dialog.

Over 20 a la mode and SFREP/WCA Conversion issues
have been addressed with this update.
